“The Opportunity to become a New Leader”

 The World No.3 EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Maker, Kumho Polychem held Yeosu 2 Plant 4 Line Completion Ceremony. By this completion, Kumho Polychem can produce 220,000MT/year EPDM. EPDM is the high intensity of strength, weather-proof synthetic rubber. It is manly used for making automatic bumper, weather strip, washing machine gasket, tube rubber, shipment cable.

In the Completion Ceremony, Park Chan Koo (Kumho Petrochemical Group Chairman), Kim Sung Chae (Kumho Petrochemical Group President), Kosiba Misnobu(JSR President), Park Jung hwan (Posco Engineering President), Joo Chul Hyun(Yeosu city mayor) and the persons concerned (around 200 people) were participated in.  

In the ceremony speech Park Chan Koo said that, “The Synthetic Rubber Market reached super-competitive circumstance. However to the surviving company, it will be an opportunity for being a new leader”. Also he complicated double production increase  just in three years with our individual technique
